How do I restore my purchases or transfer data?

Because the app relies entirely on anonymous, device-keyed hardware tokens to protect your privacy, your chart histories and conversational logs exist exclusively inside the specific phone that created them. They do not automatically sync through corporate cloud systems.

If you have upgraded your phone or reinstalled the application, you can restore an active recurring subscription by opening the in-app Settings layout and selecting "Restore Purchases". This will verify your receipt directly via Apple's native App Store architecture. Consumable query top-ups cannot be automatically restored via this framework; if you have unspent top-up balances on an old device that you need to manually migrate, please contact us with your structural transaction record.

My chart looks wrong

Double-check the precise coordinates and structural metrics you inputted during profile creation. Ensure you have verified the birth time exactly (including proper AM/PM assignments) and accurately designated your birth city to enable correct true solar time calculations.

Please note that within the traditional Chinese Four Pillars system, your selected gender profile directly changes the directional alignment and mathematical calculation of your decade-luck pillars (大运逆顺). A discrepancy in luck pillars is usually caused by an unintended gender toggle or a 12-hour AM/PM variance. If you have audited your inputs and believe the underlying astrological math is buggy, email us with your raw coordinates so we can run an engineering review.

Why can't I draw the daily lot twice?

This limitation is intentional and built by design into our code architecture. Traditional temple consultation rituals dictate drawing a single Guanyin Lot per day; we respect that boundaries system. The spiritual context of your drawn lot remains stable throughout the entire day. Your next daily lot calculation rolls over precisely at midnight based on the local time zone of the active profile.

Billing, payment, and refund requests

All in-app financial transactions, payment states, and subscription invoices are processed, encrypted, and isolated by Apple Inc. through your App Store account. Boxuan Cui does not collect or store your payment details, nor do we have the administrative capacity to modify billing logs or execute direct financial refunds. To cancel a recurring subscription or request a technical refund, you must log in directly to your official Apple ID purchase history page (reportaproblem.apple.com) and manage your claims through Apple's consumer framework.

Data export parameters

You can instantly download an immutable file containing your complete interaction logs and chart profile properties. Access the in-app "Export my readings" interface within the Settings menu, or transmit a formal request via email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data export request". Standard data extractions are processed and delivered within 30 days.
